Return Policy

What is the return policy?

We advise that you open your package(s) upon receipt to inspect for any damages, defects or discrepancies and contact us immediately if there are any issues. Returns, exchanges, & shipping discrepancy claims must be requested via email within 14 days of receipt. Please note that customized items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please include the reason for the return and the original order number in your email. After submitting your return request via email, we will review the information. If your request is approved, we will email a RA number, along with instructions for returning the item.

All approved returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned with the assigned R/A number in their original, unused condition and enclosed in original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
